These Terms of Service govern your use of MyKink. By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

MyKink is an adult platform for members of the kink and BDSM community. It is intended for open-minded adults who wish to connect, share, and explore in a safe, consensual environment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MyKink. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. Age is verified at the point of subscription via our payment provider. If we discover that a member is under 18, their account will be immediately terminated and reported to the relevant authorities.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Using false information, including false ages or identities, is a breach of these terms and grounds for immediate termination.

You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension is strictly prohibited.

Subscription and payment

MyKink operates on a subscription basis at £5 per month. Payment is processed securely by SegPay. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

MyKink is a community built on consent, respect, and trust. By using the platform you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect, even those whose interests differ from yours
• Obtain clear consent before engaging with anyone in a sexual or intimate context
• Respect hard limits — if someone has listed something as a hard limit, do not contact them about it
• Honour messaging preferences — if someone has restricted who can message them, do not attempt to circumvent this
• Only post content that you have the right to share
• Keep personal information shared by other members confidential

Prohibited content and behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Any content that sexualises or exploits minors, including fiction
• Non-consensual content of any kind, including sharing intimate images without consent
• Harassment, threats, or sustained targeted abuse of any member
• Doxing — sharing another member's personal or identifying information without their consent
• Spam, scams, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Impersonating another person or organisation
• Content that promotes or glorifies violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Any activity that is illegal under UK law

Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post on MyKink. By posting, you grant MyKink a licence to store, display, and distribute that content to other members as part of normal platform operation.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you post does not infringe the rights of others, including copyright. Do not post content that belongs to someone else without permission.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines, without notice.

Moderation and enforcement

MyKink is actively moderated. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes action against accounts that violate these terms. Actions may include content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination depending on the severity of the violation.

If your account is terminated for a serious breach, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

You may appeal a moderation decision by contacting us at moderation@mykink.com. We will review appeals within 14 days.

Disclaimer

MyKink is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

MyKink is not responsible for the conduct of its members. We are a platform, not a party to any interactions between members.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
